OUR TOOLS: Setting goals for the new year. (FREE WORKSHEETS)

You know the drill: reflect, refocus, slay, repeat. We'll all be making major moves in 2018, and we can hardly wait! While we'll all be busy making it happen this year, it never hurts to take a little time to reflect on 2017 and plan for the next. 

Our founder, Emmii Christina, has decided to create a few free downloadable sheets that she uses to prepare her mindset for the new year.


1. The first sheet is for reflection. Each year comes with growth and lessons. Take some time to think about what your experiences in 2017 have taught you. How have you grown? What have you learned that you will bring with you into the new year?

2. The second sheet focuses on change. What have you learned about yourself that you would like to improve on? What habits, thoughts, and energy do you want to bring in to the new season, and which do you want to leave in 2017? What habits bring you joy? Which bring you stress?

3. The third is about goals. Simply, what do you hope to accomplish in the new year?
