Where can I find the nail truck?

Our nail truck travels around the city according to our schedule (click here to see current schedule). Appointments can be made for each given location. In the case that our schedule changes, we will update clients via e-mail and our Instagram.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! We gladly accept walk-ins. However, if you're on a tight schedule, we recommend you make an appointment to guarantee availability. 

Does the nail truck travel for private events?

Yes! Travel for locations within 15 miles from El Segundo, California is included in our events flat rate. We may be willing to travel further on a case by case basis and at an additional cost.

Can you park the nail truck in my area?

We are always open to new ideas for parking areas. If you have an idea for a location that you believe would work well in our weekly schedule, we would love your input! Please e-mail us at hello@nailsbycolvon.com with your suggestions. 

Special event requests are subject to our private event rates. E-mail us at hello@nailsbycolvon.com to make a request for a special event.

What products do you carry?

We carry a variety of products and hold no exclusive contracts with any brand. Some of the brands we carry include OPI, Essie, Vetro, Presto, Gelish, Young Nails, NexGen and Ella + Mia. We are always on the lookout for new products and we vow to never sacrifice quality products for cost.

In addition, we only use LED lights for any services that include curable gel. 

Can I pay with a credit card?

Absolutely! We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. However, for the safety of our clients and our team WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Do pedicures include a foot soak?

No. For sanitary reasons, we offer soakless pedicures. Our pedicure method includes hot towels and keratin socks to guarantee a relaxing and nourishing pedicure experience without sacrificing cleanliness. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Things come up--we get it. If you need to cancel, we ask that you please just give us a heads up so that we can fill your appointment. If a client fails to show up to his or her appointment, they will be considered a no-show and receive a no-show notice. This may limit the client's ability to schedule appointments in the future.

What is your policy for being late?

Because of the fast-paced nature of our business in effort offer ultimate convenience, every minute counts! If a client is late to his or her appointment, the appointment may be automatically cancelled or rescheduled to a later time or date.

 

Does the time quoted include drying time?

No. The appointment timing does not include the time taken to dry nail polish. Though we use a fast-drying top coat and quick-dry spray, please plan for extra time for drying.
